Overview (Report a concern)

• Please follow the questions. These are meant to capture all the relevant details related to what you would like to report and for appropriate action to be initiated.

• You will be given a unique reference number, which you can use to check the details of your complaint at a later date, the status will be updated within 48 hours (working days between Mon - Fri from 9 AM to 5 PM) of the concern being lodged.
